Memberships - Ohio Veterinary Medical Association, American Animal Hospital Association, American Veterinary Medical Association, Phi Zeta Honor Society, and American Association of Feline Practitioners.
Special Interests - Feline and exotic medicine, soft tissue surgery, and emergency medicine.
Personal - Dr. Dodson grew up in Gates Mills, Ohio among a dozen pets ranging from guinea pigs to ferrets to horses. She attended Miami University, where she was awarded a Bachelor's Degree in Zoology. She and her husband, Michael, are new residents of Avon Lake and look forward to meeting all of their new neighbors. They share their home with their four cats: a troublesome Siamese mix named Balin and three fluffy Birmans, Lily, Bentley, and Brixby. Dr. Dodson enjoys cooking, tennis, biking, reading, and watching movies in her spare time.
