Management Team

A native of Avon Lake, office manager Linda Rothman has been helping clients and their pets at Avon Lake Animal Clinic since 1994. Linda finds working at the hospital very rewarding and loves helping the caring, compassionate staff care for animals.
At home, Linda enjoys the company of her three cats, Baby, Mikey, Molly and Pippi. Her hobbies include traveling, gardening, decorating and remodeling homes.

A registered veterinary technician, Diane Tarone is the animal care center manager at Avon Lake Animal Clinic. A native of Avon Lake, Diane has more than three decades experience in the animal care field and is certified through a number of organizations, including the American Boarding Kennel Association and the National K-9 Learning Center. Diane is a puppy preschool instructor and a member of the Society of Veterinary Behavior Technicians. Diane loves working with animals and is proud to use her skills to help strengthen the bond between clients and their pets. At home, Diane enjoys the company of Gertie, a rat terrier. Diane's other hobbies include cooking, traveling and golfing.

Carmen Brown is the assistant office manager. She started as a receptionist almost 15 years ago. You will often find her performing computer duties, training receptionists and staff on the clinic software, digital phone system and state of the art medical equipment. She also assists with client appointments. Furthermore, Carmen doubles as our computer network coordinator, overseeing the day to day operations of the hospital. When not at Avon Lake Animal Clinic, Carmen enjoys spending time with her family. She is married to the man of her dreams and has four beautiful children, Stephanie, Justin, Allison and Andrew. The family also includes Cinnamon, a tan rabbit. Carmen's hobbies include painting, biking, swimming and watching the sunset over Lake Erie. Carmen is proud to work with the high-quality, knowledgeable and compassionate veterinarians and the caring staff and also enjoys talking to clients and their pets.

Head evening technician Adrienne Kruzer is a registered veterinary technician and has been part of the Avon Lake Animal Clinic staff since 2007. A native of Cleveland, Adrienne has worked in the animal care field for more than six years and loves working with animals, particularly exotic pets. She attended Cuyahoga Community College and received an Associate's Degree in Veterinary Technology. Adrienne is a member of the United States Dog Agility Association and the National Association of Veterinary Technicians. She can often be found training her two pomeranians, Lola and Frankie, both of whom will soon be taking part in agility. Her other pets include a Doberman Pinscher named Ruby, a chinchilla, a frilled dragon, a turtle and a red-eared slider. Adrienne enjoys spending time with her husband, baking, scrapbooking, playing with her dogs, tennis and being involved at her church.
